Security is our top priority. All our storage locations are carefully vetted and equipped with surveillance cameras, secure locks, and staff trained to ensure the safety of your belongings. Additionally, each piece of luggage is tagged with a unique identifier to prevent mix-ups.

We are open from 6am-6pm CST.

Yes, we accept various types of luggage, including suitcases, backpacks, duffel bags, and even oversized items like strollers and sports equipment. However, we do have size and weight restrictions, so please check our guidelines before booking.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time up until 1 hour before the scheduled reservation time without incurring any charges.

However, if you cancel within 1 hour of the reservation time, a cancellation fee equal to half of the reservation cost will be charged.

We strive to accommodate our customers’ needs while ensuring fairness to all, so please make sure to adjust your reservation in a timely manner if needed.

Please note that pickups after 6pm will incur an additional fee of $15. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service possible.
